Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a remote, flexible schedule opportunity. You’ll identify client needs, present life insurance solutions, and guide clients through the sales process from anywhere in the United States.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with 100% performance-based compensation and no base salary. Potential earnings range from $150,000 to $200,000 based on production, with access to leads and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
