Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a remote, performance-based sales role in life insurance and financial services. You will work with prospective clients, assess needs, and present protection solutions to help clients through the sales process.

This 1099 contractor role offers 100% commission, access to qualified leads, ongoing training, and support. Flexibility for full- or part-time schedules, with opportunities for leadership based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities
