Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced sales professionals for Business Development Managers. This remote role focuses on building client relationships, identifying needs, and guiding clients through the sales process for life insurance and financial protection solutions.

You will work with products from 25+ carriers, receive qualified leads and ongoing training, and operate on a 1099, 100% performance-based compensation plan with no base salary.

Qualifications

• Must have sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills are expected.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused mindset is required.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information.
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis.
• Present life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production.
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals.
• Assist clients through the application process.
