Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible remote opportunity. You will work with prospective clients, identify needs, present financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process in the life insurance and financial services space.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information.
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis.
• Present life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production.
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals.
