Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a remote, performance-based role. You will engage with prospective clients, assess needs, and present life insurance and financial protection solutions to drive sales results.

This independent contractor position offers access to qualified leads, ongoing training, and flexible full- or part-time schedules with uncapped earnings based on production.

Qualifications

• Experienced in sales, business development, or leadership roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
• Present life insurance and financial protection solutions
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals
