The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible remote opportunity in the life insurance and financial services industry. You will work directly with prospective clients, identify needs, present financial protection solutions, and guide clients through the sales process.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with 100% performance-based compensation and no base salary.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales or business development, especially in a client-facing role.
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cultivating relationships.
• Proven presentation and negotiation capabilities with a results focus.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activities with minimal supervision.
