Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced sales professionals for a remote Business Development Manager role. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% performance-based compensation and no base salary.

You will identify client needs, present life insurance solutions, and guide clients through the application process. Flexible full-time or part-time schedule with access to qualified leads, training, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum sales or business development experience.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to obtain life insurance license if not already licensed.
