Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking experienced Business Development Managers for a flexible remote role. You will work with prospective clients, assess their needs, and present life insurance and financial protection solutions to guide them through the sales process.

This 1099 contractor position offers performance-based compensation with no base salary, access to leads and resources, and ongoing training to help you grow your business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in life insurance or financial services.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven presentation and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and results-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales activity.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Connect with prospective clients who have requested information.
• Conduct client consultations and needs analysis.
• Present life insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production.
• Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals.
• Assist clients through the application process.
• Provide guidance and support to newer sales professionals.
• Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships.
