Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking a results-driven life insurance sales professional for a 100% remote, independent-contractor role. You’ll manage your own pipeline, conduct discovery conversations, and quote via carrier tools, submitting applications during client appointments.

You’ll own cases through underwriting and maintain a clean CRM, with mentorship from Ben and Andrea and access to a broad carrier network. Licenses required or planned.

Qualifications

• Track record of selling where results depend on your own work.
• Comfortable managing yourself without daily direction.
• Strong follow-up habits; cases move with attention.
• State life insurance license, or plan to obtain before first sale.
• Comfortable using web-based quoting platforms and a CRM.
• Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Work your own pipeline of people who requested life insurance information
• Run discovery conversations before presenting, then match options
• Quote through carrier tools and submit applications
• Chase each case through underwriting until issued or closed
• Keep CRM records clean so your pipeline is accurate
• Study carrier guidelines and state rules as they change
