The Wood Agency Life is seeking proven life insurance sales professionals for a 100% remote, independent-contractor role. You’ll manage your own pipeline, conduct discovery conversations, and quote via carrier tools to move cases through underwriting.

You’ll work with exclusive leads, 43 carriers, and mentorship from Ben and Andrea while staying compliant with state licensing requirements and CRM standards.

Qualificações

• Track record of selling where results depend on your own work.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily direction.
• Strong follow-up habits to move cases through underwriting.
• Must hold a state life insurance license, or have plan to obtain before first sale.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own pipeline of people who requested life insurance information.
• Conduct discovery conversations and match options to client needs.
• Quote through carrier tools and submit applications during client appointments.
• Chase each case through underwriting until issued or closed.
• Keep CRM records clean to maintain accurate pipeline.
• Study carrier guidelines and state rules as they change.
