The Wood Agency Life in the United States is seeking self-motivated life insurance sales professionals for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor role. You will manage your own pipeline of inquiries and guide clients through discovery, quotes, and applications.

You'll operate with exclusive carrier access and a mentorship from Ben and Andrea, with weekly team calls and ride-alongs when you want them. State licensing required or planned before first sale; 18+ and authorized to work in the

Formación

• A track record of selling where results depend on your own work.
• Comfortable managing yourself without daily direction.
• Strong follow-up habits, because cases don't move without attention.
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to get licensed before your first sale.
• Comfortable using web-based quoting platforms and a CRM.
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Work your own pipeline of people who requested life insurance information.
• Run discovery conversations before presenting, then match options to what you learn.
• Quote through carrier tools and submit applications during the client appointment.
• Chase each case through underwriting until it is issued or closed out.
• Keep CRM records clean so your pipeline is always accurate.
• Study carrier guidelines and state rules as they change.
