Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–3+ years of experience in a similar licensing/records role.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; comfortable with remote work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update electronic provider records accurately.
• Support with verifications and documentation for licensing.
• Assist with primary source verification and FCVS processes.
• Coordinate state licensure, DEA/CSR, fingerprinting where needed.
• Communicate with providers, boards, and agencies via phone/email.
• Assist in audits and education sessions as required.
