Job summary

Author Health, LLC is a fast-growing telehealth provider seeking a Senior Manager, Licensing and Credentialing to lead our licensing and credentialing program across multi-state payers. You will own delegated credentialing, NCQA alignment, and vendor management to ensure timely clinician licensure and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Direct experience managing delegated credentialing programs and NCQA standards.
• Experience with payer delegated agreements across multi-state licensing.
• Leadership experience: hiring, leading and performance managing teams.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid or Medicare Advantage programs.
• Operational fluency in credentialing data exchange and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run a proactive licensing and credentialing program across target states and payers.
• Own delegated credentialing and ensure NCQA alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract compliance.
• Coordinate clinician liaison and ensure timely credentialing and licensure.
• Ensure regulatory and audit readiness including payor audits and OIG/SAM reporting.
• Lead NCQA certification process and in-house licensing initiatives.
• Maintain renewals (licenses/DEA) and provider roster management.
• Drive process improvements using AI and automation.
