Job summary

DocGo is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Licensing Coordinator to support provider onboarding and compliance in a multi-state telehealth environment. This remote, temporary, part-time role focuses on vetting, credentialing, and licensing clinicians to ensure safe patient care.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in medical licensing, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work across states with cross-functional teams. Weekend/evening hours may be required as workflows dictate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical licensing.
• Working knowledge of IMLC, FSMB, and reciprocity states.
• Experience managing licensing for physicians and nurses across all 50 states (plus DC).
• Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and credentialing best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end medical licensing process.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new clinicians.
• Ensure timely acquisition and renewal of licenses for all physicians and nurses.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal licensing regulations.
• Act as the primary liaison with medical boards and regulatory agencies.
• Update internal teams on changes in licensing laws and requirements.
