Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in healthcare management, business analytics or information management/analytics and 3 years of progressively responsible medical administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for the department Directors and Providers as requested.
• Contacts clients to address concerns and documents interactions and resolutions.
• Builds and maintains data models to track client status, compliance and capacity needs.
• Prepares reports and confidential departmental records.
• Interacts with interdepartmental colleagues to uphold standards of courtesy and professionalism.
