Job summary

Sevaro, a tele-neurology company, is hiring a Licensing Specialist to manage provider records and licensure processes remotely. You will handle FCVS profiles, LOQs, DEAs, and state licenses while coordinating with boards and providers to ensure timely credentialing.

The role requires 2–3+ years in a similar field, strong confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Remote work from anywhere is available.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in a similar Licensing/Records role.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable working remotely.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update electronic provider records timely and accurately.
  • Support documentation requests and verifications to meet internal and external standards.
  • Ensure records handling aligns with MSS processes and privacy requirements.
  • Draft abbreviated CVs for licensing and privileging as needed.
  • Coordinate FCVS profiles, IMLC LOQ applications, and state licensure processes.
  • Schedule fingerprinting and coordinate related logistics.
  • Communicate with providers, licensing boards, and agencies to follow up on status.
  • Participate in training sessions as needed and support audits.
