Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Licensing & Compliance Coordinator to manage licensing for our client network across the US. You will prepare and file licence applications, renewals, and COIs, while maintaining good standing with state and local agencies.

The role reports to the VP of Compliance and is performed remotely on US Eastern hours. Key requirements include strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple licensing tasks with deadlines.
• Experience with COI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensing support to ensure all licences are obtained and kept in good standing.
• Own licensing for corporate entities and brands, including applications and renewals.
• Send and upload COIs to offices and localities; verify receipt and accuracy.
• Answer licensing questions for company personnel with sources.
• Maintain organized records of all licensing documents and support VP of Compliance.
