Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented licensure coordinator to support the provider licensing process. You will compile documents, liaise with state boards, and track application progress to ensure timely licensure for providers.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and database applications.
• Effectively manage large amounts of information and documentation.
• Prioritize efficiently and demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management skills, especially when facing urgent deadlines.
• Interact professionally with state licensing boards, teammates, educational facilities, providers, and facility representatives.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile required documents, research necessary information, and interact with licensing boards to obtain medical licenses for providers.
• Acts as a liaison between state boards and providers.
• Obtain updates on the status of applications and report progress.
• Request and verify documentation and information pertaining to education and licensing.
• Make necessary calls and send appropriate correspondence to request applications from state boards; notify providers of these requests and obtain application updates.
• Communicate with boards regarding licensure qualifications and specific licensing questions.
• Track all documents requested by state boards.
• Request National Board verifications and state license verifications.
