Job summary

Equip Health is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program seeking a Licensed Therapist. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team across telehealth, delivering evidence-based care and documentation while maintaining licensure and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in South Dakota.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, backgrounds and acuity.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Available two evenings per week until 8pm in primary time zone.
• Enthusiastic, strong team player with virtual care delivery skills.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in Family-Based Treatment or ED care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, and other evidence-based treatments for patients across the lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with ~20–26 hours direct care and remainder admin.
• Participate in trainings, supervision, and treatment team meetings.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize between-session messaging and EMR per Equip policies.
