Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary care team. You will deliver FBT and CBT-E across ages via telehealth, manage a 30-40 patient caseload, and participate in ongoing trainings.

Flexible PTO and strong mental health support are provided. The role emphasizes quality documentation and ongoing assessment, with licensure in the home state and potential licensure in others, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic.
• Implement Family-Based Treatment (FBT) and CBT-E for patients across the lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 hours of direct care weekly.
• Participate in trainings and supervision sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, dietitians, and mentors.
