Equip Health is hiring a Licensed Therapist to join a fully virtual care team in Massachusetts. You will provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders within a multidisciplinary, telehealth setting.

The role emphasizes delivering FBT, CBT-E, and ARFID-focused treatments, managing a 30–40 patient caseload, and participating in trainings. Flexible PTO, holidays, and extensive benefits support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Massachusetts.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, backgrounds, and acuity.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm in primary time zone).
• Enthusiastic, strong team player.
• Ability to deliver care in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid diagnoses in a virtual clinic (telehealth).
• Implement family-based treatment (FBT), CBT-E, CBT for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40; approx. 20–26 hours direct care with remaining time on admin tasks.
• Participate in initial and ongoing trainings.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, mentors, and outside providers.
• Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team via EMR.
