Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary care team. You will provide evidence-based therapy, including FBT and CBT-E, to patients across the lifespan via telehealth, while maintaining a caseload of 30–40 and dedicating time to administrative duties.

The role supports licensure maintenance in the home state and may require licensure in other states.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Arkansas.
• Caseload 30–40 with 20–26 hours of direct care.
• Ability to deliver care virtually and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders via virtual clinic.
• Implement FBT and CBT-E among other modalities.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with direct care hours and administrative tasks.
• Participate in trainings and treatment team meetings.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions; collaborate with physicians, dietitians, mentors, and other providers.
