Job summary

Equip is hiring a Licensed Therapist for a 100% remote, home-based role. You will work with a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based eating disorder care using FBT and CBT-E, while maintaining licensure and collaborating across care teams.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in Iowa and ability to maintain licensure in home state.
Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages in a virtual setting.
Experience with evidence-based treatments for eating disorders is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy in a virtual clinic (telehealth).
Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID CBT, and other evidence-based treatments across the lifespan.
Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 hours direct care and remaining time admin tasks.
Participate in initial and ongoing trainings and supervision sessions.
Assess and diagnose mental health conditions and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Use the EMR for between-session messaging and care coordination per policy.
