Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program. The Licensed Therapist will work with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver evidence-based therapy through telehealth, maintaining a caseload and engaging in ongoing professional development.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, licensure in the home state and potential licensure in additional states, plus extensive benefits including flex PTO, holidays, and DEIB initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Tennessee.
• Strong belief in evidence-based care and treatment.
• Ability to deliver care virtually in a telehealth setting.
• Enthusiastic, collaborative team player.
• Capacity to manage a caseload of patients with varying needs.
• Willingness to provide care 2 evenings per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 with time allocated for direct care and admin tasks.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Obtain licensure in home state and other states as requested.
