Job summary

Equip seeks a licensed psychotherapist to join its fully virtual care team delivering evidence-based therapy for eating disorders. You will work with a multidisciplinary group, implementing FBT, CBT-E, and related modalities, while maintaining a caseload of 30–40 and ensuring quality documentation and patient care.

The role offers Flex PTO (3–5 weeks), holiday pay, EAP, mental health benefits, and a 15% performance-based bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Massachusetts.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages in a virtual setting.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments for eating disorders (FBT/CBT-E).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy (family, individual, group) via telehealth.
• Implement evidence-based treatments for eating disorders across the lifespan.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients with 20-26 hours direct care weekly.
• Participate in trainings and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain licensure and pursue licensure in other states as requested.
