Job summary

Equip Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a fully virtual, multidisciplinary care team delivering evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders via telehealth.

The role involves implementing FBT and CBT-E, maintaining a caseload of 30-40 with 20-26 hours of direct care weekly, and participating in trainings while licensure in the home state is supported. Flexible PTO and robust benefits enhance long-term well-being.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Tennessee.
• Ability to manage a caseload of 30–40 patients with 20–26 hours of direct care weekly.
• Experience with family-based treatment and CBT-E is preferred.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm in local time).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy for eating disorders via telehealth within a multidisciplinary team.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, and CBT for ARFID as appropriate.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 clients with admin duties.
• Participate in trainings and department meetings; collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and mentors.
• Maintain licensure in home state and pursue cross-state licensure as requested.
