Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual, evidence-based eating disorder treatment program seeking a Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary care team. You will deliver evidence-based care (FBT, CBT-E) to patients across ages, manage a 30–40 caseload, and participate in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in the state of Mississippi.
• Ability to support a diverse caseload across ages and acuity levels.
• Strong belief in evidence-based care and treatment modalities.
• Availability for 2 evenings per week until 8 pm in the primary time zone.
• Team-oriented, enthusiastic and collaborative in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders in a virtual clinic.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, ARFID CBT, and related treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30–40 with 20–26 hours direct care and remaining admin tasks.
• Participate in trainings and supervision.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team and outside providers.
• Utilize EMR for between-session messaging per policy.
• Attend Treatment Team meetings and supervision sessions.
• Maintain licensure in home state and obtain licensure in other states as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
