Job summary

Equip is a fully virtual company delivering evidence-based eating disorder treatment across the U.S. Our Licensed Therapist role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver family-based and individual therapies via telehealth.

You will manage a 30-40 patient caseload, conduct sessions in a flexible schedule, and maintain licensure in your home state while expanding cross-state credentials as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychotherapy license in home state
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm)
• Comfort delivering care in a virtual setting

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy in a virtual clinic
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT for ARFID, and related treatments
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40; 20-26 hours direct care; rest admin
• Participate in initial and ongoing trainings
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Utilize between-session messaging and EMR for care coordination
• Attend mandatory meetings and licensure updates
• Perform other duties as assigned
