Job summary

Equip Health is a fully virtual eating disorder treatment program offering evidence-based care delivered by an expert multidisciplinary team. The Licensed Therapist will provide family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth, delivering FBT and CBT-E to patients of all ages across the lifespan.

Clinicians maintain licensure in their home state, support 30–40 caseloads, and participate in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in California.
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, backgrounds and acuity.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Availability for 2 evenings per week.
• Enthusiastic, strong team player.
• Ability to deliver care virtually.
• Commitment to mental health and eating disorder treatment and expanding access.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders via telehealth.
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT-ARFID and other evidence-based treatments.
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40; allocate 20-26 hours to direct care with remaining admin tasks.
• Participate in trainings and supervision sessions.
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external providers.
• Utilize between-session messaging and EMR per policy.
• Attend Treatment Team meetings and departmental meetings.
