Job summary

Allstate is expanding its virtual sales team and seeks a full-time Insurance Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment. You will engage with active shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and more, uncover coverage needs, and tailor Allstate products.

No cold calling; you convert warm leads and deliver a customer-first experience. This role offers base pay of $18 per hour and total compensation from $52,730 to $76,480 per year with uncapped incentives.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (with a sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support.
• Sales Representatives must obtain and maintain required resident/non-resident Producer licenses for the states designated by Allstate.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection.
• Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace (equipment provided).
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and hold yourself accountable for performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary engagement method.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live interactions.
• Adhere to schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while engaging with customers.
• This position is available within the US, excluding Puerto Rico, CA, NY, AK, HI, and WA.
