Job summary

Allstate is recruiting for a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to work remotely within the US. You will engage warm leads via calls, chat, and SMS, uncover needs, and recommend Allstate products to convert leads into customers.

Base pay is $18/hour with total compensation ranging from $52,730 to $76,480 per year (base plus incentives). A license in Personal Lines or P&C is preferred; licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Unlicensed candidates may obtain licensure with company support.
• Sales reps must maintain licenses across states as required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable high-speed internet and wired connection.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and drive sales in a work-from-home setting.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions.
• Meet schedules, productivity, and quality/ performance standards.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while serving customers.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and recommend solutions.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours, especially early in tenure.
