Job summary

Allstate is expanding its virtual sales workforce and seeks a results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to work from home in the USA (IN remote). You’ll engage with active shoppers via calls, chat, and SMS, uncover coverage gaps, and recommend Allstate products.

Licensing support and a robust benefits package accompany a base pay of $18/hour and uncapped incentives. With one year of sales or service experience, you’ll handle warm leads, maintain licenses, and thrive in a Fortune 100 culture

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (with a sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state of residence (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support.
• Sales Representatives must obtain and maintain resident and non-resident Producer licenses as required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection and a dedicated home workspace.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends and to receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary engagement method.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live interactions.
• Adhere to schedules including evenings and weekends based on business needs.
