Job summary

Allstate Insurance is expanding its virtual sales team and seeking motivated individuals for a full-time, work-from-home Insurance Sales Representative role. You will engage with active shoppers via calls, chat, and SMS, uncover coverage gaps, and recommend tailored Allstate products with a consultative approach.

Warm leads are provided; no cold calling. Base pay starts at $18/hour with total compensation typically ranging from $52,730 to $76,480 annually, depending on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (with a sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license in your state (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate's support.
• Sales Representatives must obtain and maintain required state licenses to sell insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary method of customer engagement.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours to meet call volume and service expectations.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live customer interactions.
• Adhere to assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends, based on business coverage needs.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while actively engaged with customers.
