Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a License Compliance Sales Representative in the United States for a fully remote role. You will own opportunities from assessment through close, using telemetry and licensing data to shape engagement strategies and drive revenue.

You will engage stakeholders up to C-level, lead negotiations, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and deliver sustainable outcomes for customers and Autodesk while maintaining pipeline discipline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, software, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
• Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn data into effective customer and commercial strategies.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple opportunities and navigate challenging customer conversations with resilience and sound judgment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of License Compliance opportunities from assessment and strategy through engagement, negotiation, and close
• Deliver against revenue goals while maintaining strong pipeline, opportunity, and forecast discipline
• Analyze software usage, telemetry, licensing, audit, and other customer intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and determine the right engagement strategy
• Lead consultative, customer-focused engagements and negotiations across multiple organizational levels, including senior executives and C-level stakeholders
• Translate complex findings into clear business insights and solutions that create sustainable outcomes for customers and Autodesk
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and partners to advance opportunities, resolve roadblocks, and drive results
• Apply sound commercial judgment, ownership, and adaptability in complex and ambiguous situations
