Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS/software or subscription-based businesses.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities and delivering revenue targets.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn data into strategies.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple opportunities and navigate challenging conversations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of License Compliance opportunities from assessment and strategy through engagement, negotiation, and close.
• Deliver against revenue goals while maintaining strong pipeline, opportunity, and forecast discipline.
• Analyze software usage, telemetry, licensing, audit, and other customer intelligence to identify opportunities and determine engagement strategy.
• Lead consultative engagements and negotiations across organizational levels, including senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Translate complex findings into clear business insights and solutions that create sustainable outcomes for customers and Autodesk.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and partners to advance opportunities and drive results.
• Apply sound commercial judgment, ownership, and adaptability in complex situations.
