Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a License Compliance Sales Representative in the United States. This quota-carrying role focuses on driving revenue through License Compliance deals, from assessment to close, using telemetry and licensing data to shape engagements.

You will engage stakeholders from operational teams to C-level executives, lead complex negotiations, and orchestrate Autodesk resources to deliver sustainable outcomes for customers and Autodesk.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, software, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn data into effective customer and commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of License Compliance opportunities from assessment and strategy through engagement, negotiation, and close.
• Deliver against revenue goals while maintaining strong pipeline, opportunity, and forecast discipline.
• Analyze software usage, telemetry, licensing, audit, and other customer intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and determine the right engagement strategy.
• Lead consultative, customer-focused engagements and negotiations across multiple organizational levels, including senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
• Translate complex findings into clear business insights and solutions that create sustainable outcomes for customers and Autodesk.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and partners to advance opportunities, resolve roadblocks, and drive results.
• Apply sound commercial judgment, ownership, and adaptability in complex and ambiguous situations.
