Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a License Compliance Sales Representative to drive revenue through the License Compliance motion. This quota-carrying role targets complex SaaS opportunities across the U.S., with full remote flexibility.

You will own opportunities from assessment to close, engage senior executives, analyze telemetry and licensing data, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable outcomes for customers and Autodesk.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, software, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to turn data into effective customer and commercial strategies.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple opportunities and navigate challenging customer conversations with resilience and sound judgment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of License Compliance opportunities from assessment and strategy through engagement, negotiation, and close
• Deliver against revenue goals while maintaining strong pipeline, opportunity, and forecast discipline
• Analyze software usage, telemetry, licensing, audit, and other customer intelligence to identify commercial opportunities and determine the right engagement strategy
• Lead consultative, customer-focused engagements and negotiations across multiple organizational levels, including senior executives and C-level stakeholders
• Translate complex findings into clear business insights and solutions that create sustainable outcomes for customers and Autodesk
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams and partners to advance opportunities, resolve roadblocks, and drive results
• Apply sound commercial judgment, ownership, and adaptability in complex and ambiguous situations
