Job summary

Leverage IT Group, LLC. is seeking an IT Support Technician for a permanent, work-from-home role that requires local presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on IT experience and 2–3 years with MSPs, and must pass a hands-on test and a background check.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues via phone, remote, and onsite, with a standard schedule of 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, and occasional after-hours/on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' MSP experience
• 5+ years hands-on IT support experience
• Able to pass hands-on technical test
• Able to pass criminal background check
• Quiet dedicated home office
• Reliable transportation for occasional onsite support

Responsibilities

• Resolve computer, network and server issues by phone, remote, and onsite.
• Work full-time Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; participate in on-call rotation.
