Job summary

CTG Tech, LLC is seeking two MSP Help Desk Technicians in the DFW area to provide advanced technical support for clients, troubleshoot escalated issues, and manage servers and networks. You will document resolutions, collaborate on new technologies, and maintain strong client communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in IT support, strong networking knowledge, Windows/AD/M365 proficiency, and experience with virtualization and RMM tools. This role is in-person in Bedford, TX.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of IT support experience, preferably in MSP environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs).
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Windows Server, AD, and M365.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for clients, troubleshooting escalated issues.
• Handle server management, backups, monitoring, and network administration tasks.
• Assist with infrastructure management including virtual environments, firewalls, and routers.
• Document solutions and best practices in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team to implement new technologies and onboard clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships with effective communication.
