Job summary

TeamLogic IT, Winter Park, FL is seeking an experienced MSP Level 2 Technician to deliver advanced technical support and proactive IT services for small to mid-size businesses.

Ideal candidates have strong Windows/Mac knowledge, AD, virtualization, and familiarity with RMM tools (NinjaRMM) and ticketing systems (Autotask/ServiceNow/Zendesk). On‑site and remote work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years MSP or similar IT support role; 3–5 years preferred.
• “A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.”
• “Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certification) are desirable.”

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support including hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Respond to escalated tickets with timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Manage client networks: routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points.
• Implement and manage security solutions; perform regular security audits.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery planning for clients.
• Maintain professional client communications and documentation of systems.
• Assist in IT project planning and execution within budget.
• Mentor Level 1 Technicians and collaborate with team.
• Provide on‑call support including after‑hours and weekends.
