Job summary

TeamLogic IT, NE Austin, TX is seeking an MSP Level 2 Technician to deliver advanced support for SMB clients. You will handle escalations from Level 1, maintain secure client environments, and ensure high-quality service experiences.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting servers, networks, and software, patching, backup and recovery, and security monitoring. On-call and after-hours work may be required with compensation. Austin-area candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in IT support; MSP experience preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS a plus; relevant certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for servers, networks, and applications.
• Perform patch management, backups, and monitoring across client environments.
• Monitor security tooling and respond to alerts; escalate as needed.
• Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs.
• Maintain professional client relationships and document configurations clearly.
• Participate in on-call rotations with after-hours compensation.
