SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys and executives on responsible AI usage.

You will drive practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), coordinating with the central training team and measuring impact while ensuring

Qualifikationen

4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting experience.
1+ year training enterprise AI tools or workflows.
Hands-on Harvey AI experience or legal tech consulting in a law firm is preferred.
Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, prompt engineering, and token management.
Experience with Absorb LMS or similar modern LMS.
Strong live virtual instructor-led training delivery skills.
U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident residing in approved states.

Aufgaben

Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives and develop learning paths for attorneys and staff.
Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
Deliver virtual and instructor-led sessions focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity.
Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and track usage.
