SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live sessions, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and governance staff in responsible AI use.

The role focuses on adopting Harvey and foundational models like Claude and OpenAI. You will drive practical workflow adoption, build learning modules in Absorb LMS, and provide high-touch enablement to senior

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or legal environment as AI tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompt engineering, context, tokens, validation.
• Experience developing learning content in LMS such as Absorb LMS.
• Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professionals.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in an approved state.

• Lead AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
