Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead artificial intelligence education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital learning content, and guide legal professionals—attorneys, paralegals, partners, and executives—on effective and responsible AI usage.

The role emphasizes practical workflow adoption across Harvey and enterprise foundation models, including Claude and OpenAI.

Qualifications

4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or workflows.
Hands-on Harvey AI training or legal environment experience.
Strong understanding of generative AI mechanics and prompts.
Experience delivering courses in modern LMS (Absorb LMS).
Proven ability to run live virtual instructor-led sessions.
US citizen or Green Card holder residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

Lead AI education initiatives with learning paths for attorneys, staff, and leaders.
Create training materials, guides, prompts, and interactive modules.
Deliver engaging virtual and ILT sessions on real-world legal workflows.
Publish digital modules in Absorb LMS and track adoption metrics.
