SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead AI education, adoption, and enablement for a national law firm. You will partner with the firm’s training team to design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital learning content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage.

The role focuses on practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), with governance, privacy,

Qualificações

• 4+ years in technical training, user enablement, or consulting.
• 1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI experience or legal tech consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of generative AI mechanics, token management, and prompt optimization.
• Experience delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professionals.
• U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident in approved states.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Design curriculum, training content, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish modules within Absorb LMS.
• Coach on Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok; guide executive leadership.
• Track attendance, platform usage metrics, and feedback for improvement.
