Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You design curricula, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys and executives on responsible AI usage.

You will drive practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), delivering measurable learning outcomes and broad adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ years of dedicated experience training professional end‑users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands‑on experience training users on Harvey AI or work in a law firm/legal tech environment as AI consultant.
• Deep practical understanding of generative AI mechanics including prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in LMS systems (Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor‑led training (vILT) to professional audiences.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in one of the approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives with tailored learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver engaging virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Build and publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
