Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead artificial intelligence education, adoption, and enablement for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live training, and author digital learning content for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and executives.

You will drive practical workflow adoption for Harvey and other foundation models, coach on prompt engineering, governance, and responsible AI usage, and collaborate with the firm's central

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training, enablement, or consulting experience.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Experience training on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech environment.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context limits, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience creating learning content and administering courses in LMS (Absorb LMS).
• Experience delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Publish digital modules within Absorb LMS and manage learning content.
• Coach on prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management.
