Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will collaborate with the central training team to design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide lawyers, partners, and executives on effective and responsible AI usage.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical training or enablement experience.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Experience with Harvey AI or law firm tech consulting.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and token management.
• Experience with Absorb LMS or similar LMS.
• US citizenship or lawful permanent resident in approved states.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Design curriculum and deliver live/instructor-led training.
• Publish digital learning content and manage LMS modules.
• Guide ethical and responsible AI usage in the firm.
