Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education, adoption, and enablement initiatives for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live instruction, and author digital content for lawyers and staff on enterprise AI platforms (Harvey, Claude, OpenAI, Grok).

You will build hands-on coaching for prompt engineering, context window awareness, and token management, ensuring responsible AI usage and workflow adoption across legal workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ year training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI or in a law firm/legal tech consultancy role.
• Deep practical understanding of generative AI mechanics: prompts, context, tokens, validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in modern LMS (e.g., Absorb LMS).
• Strong track record delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives, developing tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and track adoption metrics.
