Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead enterprise AI education for a national law firm. You will design curricula, deliver live and virtual training, author learning content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on effective and responsible AI usage.

You will focus on practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), while building prompt libraries and governance best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training or enablement.
• 1+ years training end-users on enterprise AI tools.
• Hands-on Harvey AI training or experience in a law-firm setting is preferred.
• Deep understanding of generative AI basics: prompts, context, tokens, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create training materials, prompt libraries, and modular content.
• Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
• Roll out and drive adoption of Harvey and other AI platforms.
• Educate employees on confidentiality, ethics, and data protection.
• Track attendance and platform usage to refine strategies.
